| Hi I ordered three items this evening 01 02 at 1915hrs You told me the order was 16 60 and it would be 25minutes I went in to collect the order and I waited until 2010hrs and I asked her why the order was so delayed and the excuse was it was very busy I told her it was not acceptable and they did not even bother to offer a discount or even some prawn crackers We have been customers with more than 5 years but unless you are going to offer some form of compensation we will not be using your company anymore Yours faithfully Angie Masry Angie Masry-2023-02-01 21:04:58 | |
